Waking early to see this glassy water from the balcony of the farm house of which I was lucky enough to spend the weekend was too beautiful to just admire from afar. I love the Australian country side and the peace it brings.

Fernie

Home again after 5 months in Canada and what an amazing trip it was. Here are a few shots from the town of Fernie (where I lived) and surrounding areas. A place I truly hope to one day visit again.

London

What an amazing 5 days! Seeing my sister for the first time in a year and 8 months, meeting hilarious people, catching up with friends and experiencing a glimpse of what London had to offer. Just perfect.

Allambie Waterfall

I have always wanted to take a photo of a waterfall! So, after hearing about one so close to home, I was super keen to get out there! All I needed was some cloudy weather, and considering it's still winter, I didn't think that would be too far away. I was wrong. 8 straight days of beautiful cloudless sunshine before finally getting my opportunity.

Dicky Beach, Caloundra

These shots were taken at dicky beach while on a weekend away to the Sunshine Coast. I remembered seeing this shipwreck years before and thought, "That would make a good photo!" So i wasn't gonna let the opportunity pass! I got up early, made a coffee, threw my bag on and pedalled on over.

Can't have a weekend away without a refreshing ale!

Dee Why Point

I originally made my way to Dee Why to get a few quick snaps of the massive swell that rolled in that day, but i was too late. So i stuck around and took a few long exposure shots instead.

Palm Beach

Despite my best intentions, the grand plan to wake up and get to palm beach well before the sunrise was hindered by my love of sleep. Thus resulting in a swift exit from my house and a series of shady driving maneuvres in order to make it in time. Only to get there and discover the sunrise was completely blocked by trees! Still, the morning light was enough for me.

North Curl Curl

After a long day wishing i was at the beach, beautiful afternoon light made it well worth the wait.
